Gave the Oura Ring to my wife as a gift—she loved it! It tracks everything from sleep to workouts with amazing accuracy. The app interface is super easy to use and gives her great insights to support her gym routine. It’s sleek, smart, and honestly one of the best gifts I’ve ever given her!

This is actually an amazing product it has help me to control my health much better, the way it can Improved blood‑oxygen detection help me to have a better handling of respiration anomalies or breathing during sleep this are usually things I don’t check but after using the ring it haves actually help me a lot more. It’s very resistant coming from someone who wash their hands every minute and use a lot hand sanitizer it has not change the way of using my ring.

Great piece of tech that allows me to track my sleep and stress levels. However, make sure to open the app. I recently got sick and just kind of sat around all day, and it wasnt until the evening when I checked the app, it ended up registering that I slept all day.

Granted the ring is more expensive than otgers but boy it does alot.for that im giving it a 5 eve though theres a monthly subscription of 5.99. It just doesnt Measure your metrics but on the app on your phone it give you insights and suggestions for improvement

YES! Juts get it if you are debating. The ring itself is great and the data you get from the Oura app will change your days. Would repurchase.

I'm tatted, a lot. My expensive Garmin fenix 7 doesn't track my health anymore - but it's a great watch. So I decided to try a ring so I can get my workout and heartbeat stats. Initially I tried the Samsung ring, since it didn't have a monthly subscription. Didn't like the design of the ring and heartrate was only on demand. Meaning I had to go into the app and tell it to check HR. Oura is much better, with way better insights on HR and sleep. Syncs well to MyFitnessPal.

I love the information that it gives regarding sleep and cycles

I’ve been using this for about a month. It does a great job giving me an idea of how my sleep has been and if I have any breathing irregularities. My main issue is that you can’t edit an activity from a previous day. It does a good job of recognizing when you are working out but sometimes it gets the length of the workout wrong. If you don’t edit it that day then you can’t the following day. Others have complained about this as well. Hopefully a software update will fix this oversight at some point.

It is a really Great smart ring. The app is also very good. I would have given it 5 stars, but the ring can be a little uncomfortable at times, And it also got scratched up in my first week of wearing it, It takes a little bit of getting used to. Which is probably to be expected It.

This is my fourth Oura ring, I love how most of the sensors are embedded and you don’t feel them at all, with each new generation I’m getting more and more information about my health and rest and sleep habits! I love having an Oura ring

The information the Oura Ring 4 provides, particularly on my sleep habits is very interesting and useful! Also like the tracking of heart rate and O2sat readings.
