    I was super excited to receive the Oura ring because I didn’t feel like wearing my Apple Watch anymore but unfortunately this ring is only good for sleep tracking. The heart rate monitor is not accurate at all (I work for a hospital) I have been hooked up to an actual monitor and compared that with my Apple Watch and the Oura ring. Unfortunately the Oura ring was WAY off track. BUT if you’re looking for a sleep tracker this is the BEST for monitoring your sleep!! But if you want it to have an accurate reading on your steps and heart rate I don’t recommend it. Hope this review helps someone !

    I love my ours ring and it has really helped with my sleep and lifestyle changes. I recommend getting the sizer to get your ring size. It’s about 1-2 sizes smaller than other rings

    First off, fhe fit was spot on with the sizing rings. Functions as intended I just wish I got the expected battery life they advertised. Not the end of the world since it charges quicker than expected.

    Intended use was for working out and it felt weird lifting things with it. Not only that but calorie tracking wasnt accurate. Sleep trackint was awesome though!
