I love this ring. It does what it needs to I have had no issues. And after trying out two other smart rings this was definitely the best choice

I got the Oura ring for my overall health and after having it for a few weeks I love it. I am very pleased with the results that I am getting. I love that I can wear it while I shower and go about normal day to day activities without worrying about it getting wet. Every morning I wake up and checks my scores on the app and it helps me plan my day! It definitely took a couple days to get used to it on my hand but now I don’t even notice that I am wearing it!

I love my Oura ring, my only complaint is that since I got the gold color, it scratches so easily, I work in healthcare so I’m constantly using my hands and my ring is scratched up. I still love it and it’s not really noticeable to others.

This is my third ring. They are very reliable and long lasting. They have helped me focus in on sleep, HRV and regular movement. I also tried a glucose tracker with it and would recommend that for a week or two just to see how foods affect you

This is one of the best investments I’ve ever made, it literally tracks everything from my heartbeat to sleep to breathing, etc.

The features are really good and tracks my sleep habits Ann fed stress levels perfectly. it would be awesome if they could make this a thinner band.

I’ve this ring! Predicts illness before it happens and lets me know to take it easy. Also lets me know what kind of sleep I am lacking: deep, REM, etc. Gages the best time for me to go to bed.

I have been wanting one of these for years and I finally said enough is enough I am getting one! I have not been disappointed! It has been very helpful on my health journey! After looking into the different metal finishes I went with the brushed metal because I do a lot of rough work with my hands. It has held up well (I do put a silicone guard on it when I know I am going to be doing something extra rough). It was easy to set up and has been easy to use and maintain. I would highly recommend it along with the best buy-geek squad services.

I bought this to check heart rate and to track sleep data. I like that it's tolerable to wear at night. I'm very sensitive about wearing things like this at night. It's been interesting to see the sleep info, heart rate over time, and HRV. The activity sensor is showing me I'm actually much more active during the day than I thought I was. Would buy again.

You have to get the ring sizing kit because the ring sizes are not the same as standard ring sizes. This ring been extremely helpful with managing my anxiety and stress. The down side is that the ring has to be snug on your finger to get an accurate heart rate, and if your fingers swell while working out this may be a problem.

Works well so far. I've worn it for several days and have enjoyed the sleep tracking feature, calorie burning tracking, and heart rate counting the most. The app has a small monthly fee but it seems worth it for all the features. It seems like all the feedback it gives will help me to plan for better sleep, incorporate rest/recovery as needed based on sleep quality, and reach exercise goals. Definitely use the sizing kit before purchasing!

Love my Oura ring! Helps me balance out my stress, physical activity, and sleep. Also the Battery life lasts at least 7 days and charges within an hour!

Obsessed with my ring. Was looking for something that worked a bit better then my Apple Watch

I’ve had this for a couple months now and I love it! Cant go out with out it. The battery lasts pretty long almost a week or more. It’s effective & pretty accurate with everything. For reference I got a size 7 and it fits perfect I’m usually a 7 in rings also.

Wonderful product. Love the way it looks along with how it tracks my fitness.

My only complaint is the scratching that occurs with a few months. I routinely take my ring off when I’m showering, washibg dishes, even lifting things I’m worried will scratch it and it still has scratches. It has also already tarnished/changed color so that kind of stinks. BUT I love all the things it can do. It’s so amazing all the metrics I can see.
