    Battery life is great, last a couple days on a single charge. The size is a big improvement from the last model. Its lightweight and very comfortable to sleep with

    The app seems to monitor a lot of things however I question the accuracy. One night it told me I went to sleep three hours after I actually went to sleep. Also does meal tracking, however no way to track the macros which makes it kind of useless.
