I chose the color that I like the most, and it is absolutely gorgeous. I receive compliments on it all the time. I am absolutely in love with the Oura ring. The recent model has a nice slim design, battery last for almost a week. The tracking abilities of what you can monitor are amazing I was able to eliminate my period tracker by using this too. It’s a piece of mind on the finger couldn’t recommend this anymore, best purchase this year thus far! If I have any feedback, it would just be about the finish - I originally bought the brushed silver, and it almost had a blue undertone to it which I didn’t like and swapped it out for the silver, but the silver has more of a dark/gray look rather than a true bright silver ring. Still giving this five stars, but there is room for improvement on the color finish of the ring.
