I love this ring. I get excited in the mornings to see how I slept. The fact that is also tracks your stress is awesome. The only thing I would recommend is to definitely size up depending on what finger you want to use. I’m usually a size 5 but I had to get a size 8.

If you are looking for the functionality of a fitness tracker without the hassle of a wristwatch, then this is perfect. The sensors work great, especially for sleep tracking. There are a couple downsides compared to wrist-based monitors. The first is that it tends to overly credit activity. Just moving your hand is considered movement so for those looking for their equipment to lie & tell them they are doing great, this works, but for more accuracy look elsewhere. Another downside is that when you are performing an activity that requires grip, it can be a nuisance. Lifting weights or doing yard work, for example. I worry about breaking it but it does seem rather sturdy. The accompanying app is also a little confusing but it looks great & once you get used to it, it’s not so bad. All-in-all, when compared to my old Apple Watch, I like this more.

The ring is much more bulky than my wedding band, but that's to be expected. The fit is comfortable considering. I've only had the ring for a few weeks and I'm loving the loads of data and insight. It establishes a personal baseline and helps identify problem areas.

So far so good. I’ve had it for a month and no problems. Comfortable to wear all day and night. Very informative and the app is great. Battery lasts a long time. I went 5 days and it still had juice. Swapped it for my wedding band and looks great.

I got it for my wife while on Christmas sale. It was something she wanted to try but never felt the need at the price. For a first time smart ring purchase she loves it! It's Rose Gold and responding accurately. The charge is quick and convenient. It tracks her personal exercise and well being info. It's comfortable and she wears it at work and it doesn't get in the way. She works in the medical field and is moving constantly.

I love my Oura ring! So far it is amazing and works great. I love getting insights on my sleep and daily readiness scores. I may need a smaller size so definitely recommend the sizing kit option first, but overall it’s worth every penny!

I have been enjoying my Oura Ring! tracking sleep, its the best. So construable and looks gorgeous. It tells you when to take it easy so it picks up on the changes within your body.

Okay the ring in all is definitely a really good investment if you are looking to learn more about your body. I personally got it to track my cycle paired with natural cycles. It takes a while to calculate but it’s so worth it. The charge definitely doesn’t hold as long as I would like it to, but still 4 days. It took a while for it to actually charge, I thought my ring was broken for a couple days. The sizing is weird I would recommend getting a sizer and wearing it for 24 hours, because your fingers swell and shrink. Overall I would say that I love it, and have become obsessed with my health. It also scuffs very easy, so be aware.

I love it! The biggest draw to get the ring was tracking my sleep and my menstrual cycle but the ring is so beneficial to so many other things. More and more things get added every so often. I would also recommend a ring cover if you lift weights and workout, it will get scratches.

This is one of the best purchases I have made. It’s better than the Apple Watch when it come to tracking health and it looks like jewelry rather than a smart device

Really enjoy this smart ring and how it tracks my health such as steps per day, sleep patterns, and daily activity. For me this is much better than a smart watch as the battery life is longer and it is less cumbersome to wear, especially when sleeping.

This is my 2nd Oura ring. The new generation looks better in gold than previous generations. Battery life is even better than before even though I had no previous complaints. Same features with a few enhancements. Very happy I upgraded.

For a while, I’ve always been wanting to buy this ring, not just for the look, but for the tracking of heart rate and all of my other activities. Since I’ve gotten it, I have been amazed with this product and how well it does to keep track of everything. The best feature that I do like is how well it knows my sleeping patterns when I’m asleep and when I’m awake. And how much sleep I need to wake up and feel refreshed.

This is an amazing piece of tech in a small form factor. I would definitely say, go into a Best Buy for ring sizing. It takes a little getting used to because of the sensors on the inside of the ring. Almost feels too tight at first, but after a few days I got used to it. The gen 4 has smaller/flatter sensors. I got the black stealth version and wear it on my index finger. I haven’t noticed any scratches, but I do baby it a little. There’s a nice little indent on one side of the ring so you know that goes on the inside of your hand. It does pretty much the same as an Apple Watch, but if you want health tracking or sleep tracking and don’t want to wear your watch to sleep, this is the perfect alternative. Although it’s a little pricey, it’s definitely worth it, and you can even use FSA or HSA to purchase. I’ve found that in about 3 and a half days, the battery goes down about 30%. It’s rated for 4-7 days depending on usage.

I LOVE my oura ring. I find it to be incredibly accurate and much more useful and discrete than my Apple Watch was. The only downside is that it scratches easily. I bought a cover for it to protect it while lifting weights.

I got this for my daughters 20th birthday. Shes away at school has anxiety along with them growing up pains. She felt the need to track her sleep and heart. She has an apple watch but its not comfortable to have on all the time or convenient. The ring is effortless and looks good. Shes had several compliments and is extremely happy with it. Now i want on. :)

Took awhile to get use to where I don't wear rings 24/7. But specifically this one do to the width of ring but now is fine but going forward if ever needed to purchase another one I would wait for a thinner version to be made .as for the data it measures is very informative and makes one more accountable for paying attention to sleep and activity and effects on you.
