Be sure to do the sizing before purchase. The main thing that I purchased this for was to monitor sleep which it does very well. Does a whole lot that I am working on figuring out. Really like that this is a ring as I don't want something on my wrist while sleeping. So far so good and would recommend.

I like the style and charging but it does not have accurate data from my big fingers. I have the largest ring and it’s too small for my index finger. Ring tells me that I only had 1 hours sleep when I was unconscious for at least 7 hours of the night. Great idea but not for me. If it will fit your index finger and gives you results that make sense, then I would recommend. If you have big fingers like me, then I recommend maybe trying it but make sure that it is generating results that make sense.

I purchased the Oura Ring Gen3 Horizon for my husband and it has been so helpful to show his sleeping patterns and where he struggles with proper sleep. I can now bring this to the doctor to get additional help for him The Oura is fantastic!!

Great ring, I still wear it every day almost 2 years in. I love their app interface and getting insights on my sleep and readiness. While it's good sleep tracker, it's not ideal for workout sessions. You generally take it off when doing dumbbells and barbells. Don't think it's too great at counting steps and running either. Rose Gold is good looking but probably not worth the premium since the colors fade. Just get a diff color one.

I absolutely love my Oura ring! I was interested in it for the sole purpose of tracking my period and ovulation. The ring syncing up with Natural Cycles was a huge perk and I’ve been impressed with the accuracy on predicting when my period and ovulation will begin. Also seeing a detailed breakdown of my sleep cycle has been really nice! 10/10 recommend getting one.

This is exactly what I needed to get on track with my health. As a full tome working mom, and during busy times in life, it is hard to know when I need to slow down. When warned with my ring, I know when to take better care of myself whenever possible. There is never any shame in your “performance”. This ring tracks actual data and notifies you of how your body is recovering. Highly recommend to anyone in the dark about how and when they need to rest.

Love my oura ring. I’ve had it for about a month now and the insights it brings for my health are amazing. Reading why I feel the way I do based on my sleep score, or stress score is so informative. Cannot race about this ring enough!

10/10 for sleep and performance. I will say the body tempeture is not accurate if that’s what you want it for. I use my thermometer and it’s very wrong from my watch. Also don’t get NC subscription the oura ring app does its job.

I LOVE THIS RING.......I have been tracking my HRV for a couple of years with other devices that require me to attach something and wait for reading once a day. I love that this is tracking all the time, and I love waking up to see my readiness score, my activity goal, my sleep report and my daily activity reading. I had to adjust to wearing a ring on my index finger, but that didn't take long at all.
