    I got this ring because I seen an influencer who had it. I love it so much, it helps me see how active I am and also how much I sleep. I really like it it makes me drink a lot of water & made me stop drinking so much on weekends, it shows u how much it affects your levels!

    The ring is amazing, i use it as my wddding ring. The only problem is i think it’s a little thick and can be uncomfortable when my hand is squeezed. Additionally, there is just still more where rhis ring could go to become an evem stronger wearable. May one day it will have haprics, maybe one day i can talk to it, maybe one day kt will have a timy LED screen. Overall i feel futuristic wearing it, but am super excited to see it blaze forward.

    Do not purchase this ring until Oura fixes the bugs. The blood oxygen monitor does not work due to the inability of the updated firmware to run. The sleep score does not work. I have reached out to support and they tell me they are aware of the glitches and are working on a fix. How can you keep selling the product with known glitches?????

    This have given me a lot of great information that will hopefully help me improve things health wise. Easier that a smart watch if you dont like wearing a watch. Only thing is its a little smaller than the sizing kit that you should purchase first and wear around.

    I bought this as a requested gift by my daughter she is using it to track ovulation mainly but also loves that it tells her how well she is sleeping. It seems like this is a wealth of information. I will be buying myself one very soon! Best Buy had quick shipping over the holiday weekend.
