The battery life is absolutely terrible. I’m lucky if it lasts two days—sometimes not even that. For a device that’s supposed to be worn 24/7 to track sleep, recovery, and activity, needing to constantly take it off and charge it defeats the entire purpose. The charging process itself is slow, and the battery health seems to have deteriorated significantly over time. What’s worse, Oura's support response was underwhelming—they offered a refurbished replacement or a discount on a newer model instead of acknowledging that this is a widespread issue. For something this expensive, I expected better reliability and support. If you're considering Oura for long-term health tracking, especially with Gen 3, think twice. It looks nice, but functionally, it’s not worth the hassle.

I bought this ring primarily for the integration with Natural Cycles but have an issue of the ring not automatically connecting to my phone and I have to wait every morning for it to connect, sometimes I have to force close the app and re-open it in order for it to connect to the Oura app. It has some good insight regarding sleep quality and activity levels which I do not get from my smart watch but overall its just alright.
