Great product easy to install super convinet no issues

Read and follow the directions! I was somewhat intimidated at the beginning of the install , just because of the wires and components included..But the product and directions is designed in such a way , that as long as you can read and follow directions you will be fine.. The chime module included has different settings for the volume level on the door and key chime.. I left mine on the high setting, and it is louder than the factory chime..

The pac 5 fit my vehicle perfectly. I was able to retain all ootions except factory back up camera, all in all a great product. My issues is best buy didn't include the antenna adapter and the price was considerably more. If i didnt need it asap i would have waited got the antenna adapter and a better price ftom Amazon, but they were weeks out on delivery. But it is what it is.

Combined wheel controls and wiring harness (nothing else but the DIN adapter to purchase for your aftermarket car stereo). Everything works fine. Only complaint is that the turn signal sound is a little quiet when listening to music. Button controls work great. The Talk button on my steering wheel now operates as a mute button instead, which is a better option than normal for me. I think holding said button long enough still connects the car to the OnStar.

Must have if you want a seamless installation. Retained steering wheel controls on my 2011 Tahoe when updating the receiver.

It is pretty self explaining when it comes to wiring it up match colors. But was definitely harder to set up then i thought it would be. But it works amazing. Love the fact everything still works on mh steering wheel.

Must have for wiring up a GM car. Instructions could have been a little clearer. Only issue I had was no instruction on plugging in the radio. Has 2 different slots 1 for radio with no external amp and 1 with. Instructions so a picture but no details. Picture shows it plug in as radio with external amp. Recommend first time users watch a few tube videos for details.
