Of course I have 2 razors that are over 10 years old and knew it was time to upgrade. I pulled out my phone and looked at reviews for available razors and it did not take long to choose this razor. There are no disappointments and I am very happy with my purchase

Excellent Close Shave, but Bad Auto Cleaner Fluid

The only issue I have is with the provided cleaning solution packets which gum up the auto cleaner housing which renders that cleaning device useless after a number of months of consistent use. I am using Norelco shaver cleaning solution now and have no issues. Also, one of the plastic parts that keeps the razor head on properly broke a few weeks after purchase and had to return for replacement.

My only criticism is that the box was missing the cleaning brush and there was no special cleaning detergent. These omissions should not have happened. Whether the manufacturer failed to pack them (a serious quality control issue) or Best Buy opened the box and took the items to replace someone else’s missing items and very carefully resealed the box is a question that will probably never get answered. The shaver itself, however, earns it’s high rating.
