    some what disappointed doesn't shave off the hairs my neck does good job on my face cheeks under my nose but this shaver can’t shave my neck inspite of this major short coming i do recommend it but you still will need a razor to shave your neck

    Doesn’t shave good. Misses patches of hair on face. Husband received as Christmas gift, doesn’t shave, and Best Buy won’t take it back. Stuck with something that won’t be used or works like it should.
