While it has some really cool features including self cleaning, trimmer, and good battery on full charge, I could never cut my whiskers down to my skin. I really wanted it to work.

First impression, it felt cheaply made, with plastic. This model was not the latest rendition. As far as shaving, you had to go back and forth many times, and it still missed a lot. I bought the clean and charge model. The special solution that you HAVE to use is hard to find. If you do find it, it is an import from Japan. I returned it.
