He has sensitive skin and this product had good reviews from people that said they had sensitive skin. It didn’t work for him. The close shave gave him razor burns and left patches. He tried it both wet and dry and got the same result. I had to return it.

Painful pulling

I had to keep shaving the same spot over and over for it to cut, and in doing so causes irritation. It's no where close to a regular blade.

The shaving sensor may not respond depending on the thickness of the beard or the type of the shaving gel and shaving foam you use, but this is normal.
Please make sure that you shave correctly by applying gentle pressure to your face. Stretch your skin with your free hand and move the shaver back and forth in the direction of your beard. You may gently increase the amount of pressure as your skin becomes accustomed to this shaver. Applying excessive pressure does not provide a closer shave. Also, the performance of the unit can be improved by cleaning it every time after shaving and replacing the inner blades and system outer foil. (system outer foil once every year; inner blades once every two years;), please note that this depends on usage.

Pulled my hair more than cut

Your Panasonic WET/DRY shaver requires a little time to get used to because your skin and beard need about a month to adjust to any new shaving method.
