Best 4K player on the market for the money, a must if you have a TV with Dolby Vision. Will absolutely change the way you watch movies. Dolby ATMOS sound is amazing once it is set up correctly with overhead speakers, sounds like you are in the middle of everything.

Exceptional 4k player with key features to get the most with HDR. I’m astonished how much better my picture quality is using this player over my previous Sony 4k player. This player is best suited for those who like playing disc media. Streaming apps limited.

Excellent 4k player. Matched up with my LG oled TV very well. Picture is amazing make sure to go into settings and turn TV type to oled and on the remote while playing a 4k disk hit hdr settings button. Turn that on and you can adjust the picture even further if it doesn't look the way it's supposed to. I usually leave it alone and keep it in the middle. Overall great player if its in your price range!

I wanted to replace my 4year old LG 4K player and I decided to buy this player because it has great reviews online and it was on sale. It supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+ (for Samsung new TV's). I connected to my Sony soundboard and woks great. Worth the purchase.

High quality Blu-ray player. One of the best on the market. Has Dolby Vision. Only downside is the remote - it has a Netflix button right where the "up" button should be, so I've accidentally called up Netflix multiple times when trying to scroll through menus.

Panasonic ub-820 is an excellent UHD 4K player. It's upscaling of dvd and bluray disc is one of the best I seen. Movies are more enjoyable watching with this player. I only use it for watching movies on disc. It's a bit pricey, although I purchased mine for $100 less but it's worth it.

Was using an Xbox OneX for 4k BluRay playback; this unit has a noticeable improvement in color and detail. Significant improvement in upscaling 1080 BluRays to 4k. Annoying voice prompts were quickly rectified via settings menu. Reccomended if you are going for best picture quality.

Probally the best option at this price range. Support doby vision and the video under DV is gorgeous. It can detect the DV automatically without manual setting involved.

Amazing player! UI is a little antiquated, but who cares when the primary function is to play discs? Discs play back with no issues and look amazing!

I've gone over many reviews and this was the best 4k player for me. It costs a little more but the Dolby Atmos and overall capabilities of this were worth the price. Happy with the purchase.

Most importantly, seamless layer change. Cinematic color and darkness. Simple but deep menu and controls. Makes my old DVDs look excellent. And 4K content is amazing. Nuff' said.

Great product!! 4k and regular Blu-Ray discs look very good and sharp! Colors are vibrant and rich. Also, sound is good and loud. One of my best purchases.

I've decided to buy a Panasonic 4K UHD Blu-Ray player after I read all reviews and checked its spec. It's an excellent product from Panasonic, best video and sound and easy setup. The menu is fantastic ! Highly recommend !

This is a top of the line blu-ray player I have an older model also from 2013 it is the same exact quality the remote is still the same.why mess with it if it works and it works well.more picture settings to really control the picture and the sound.

This product is not cheap but you get what you pay for. This is a cinephile grade 4k blu player that has all the bells and whistles and then some. It includes support for HDR10+ AND Dolby Vision and will auto detect the format your disc has unlike the players from certain competitors. The HDR Optimizer is another standout feature included in this player that is a gamechanger, especially for those with projectors. Note that if you want your tv to upscale your regular blus and not this player, you must manually toggle the output resolution in the player settings to 1080p. For example, those with Sony tvs that have the Ultimate processor would want to bypass the player upscaling and let the Ultimate processor do the upscaling.

I purchased this 4k player to get the most out of my OLED. The HDR Enhancer feature for 4K discs is a great feature to have on certain content. This feature will not work with blu ray/dvd discs. Dolby Vision content is A+ with this player. I found out that the Series X does not playback Dolby Vision to TVs that support it and had to seek out the Panasonic. This is also a perfect player if you have an older receiver that does not support 4K HDMI. I wanted to get the DTS-MA and Dolby True HD tracks from my discs and get the 4K/HDR/Dolby Vision picture on my oled. The two HDMI outs are perfect for this situation. I gave this player a 4 out of 5 on quality due to the plastic shell. I've read that the more expensive model of this player has a stronger feel and not as generic as the plastic shell found on this model. But it still gets the job done.

Great quality haven't had any issues with overheating or audio displays great image and it goes great with my Sony tv
