Great player and up scaler,bought it for my LG c8 oled tv.Works good and its quiet operating. Makes old CDs look 4k,and great sound.looked at all the models best bang for the buck.More expensive players reported more problems and cost alot more,supports Dolby vision,and all the other versions.The newer players have Dolby vision uploaded already. It also down scales too. Love it so far plays all kinds of disc easy to upgrade.

The people here sending in raving reviews about this unit must live in an alternate Universe. I have an old Oppo Blu Ray player that just blows you away with clarity and sound and also plays multichannel SACD's. But lacks 4k and streaming Tech. Looked at these raving reviews and thought Maybe I had found something that could hold a candle to my old Oppo and play 4k content and stream as well. Received the unit today and stuck in a 4k HD Blu Ray disc and got message "Unplayable Format" Just for kicks stuck in a regular Blu Ray disc (Guardians of the Universe) and it sucked in comparison to my old Oppo. Not even close! Picture and Sound wasn't even in the same league. Spent 1.5 Hours trying to speak to someone in Geek Squad which btw paid extra for, to see if I was possibly doing something wrong. Spoke with 7 different people who had No idea of what I was talking about. What a Joke...a bad one. One positive thing and could be wrong is that playing Netflix the picture clarity looked possibly as if it could be a step up but no surround sound in the (2) movies I randomly chose.

Have not had any problems. Clear picture. Would recommend
