If you care at all about speed of loading or picture quality get this. It loads lightning fast. No comparison with other players. Picture quality brings new life to my movies.

Functions great with my Samsung QLED TV. Menu has ton of options but works great out of the box. Nice to have USB DRIVE access in the front too.

I dont have another 4k player to compare to but was looking for a player that could handle sound (dolby atmos and dts-hd) as well as HDR (dolby vision and HDR 10+). Haven't had any issues playing discs. Dont use streaming on this device at all.

Purchased this this to complement my 4K tv. Needed the surround audio outs as I have a great legacy receiver I'm not ready to replace. I've only had it a couple of weeks but so far very impressed.

The case looks more solid than others lead you to believe. No it is not in a solid metal case, but still looks like a quality product. In a comparison to my older sony blue ray I felt like I could hear more clarity from this unit in side by side songs. Still looking at video quality comparison. Load time seems acceptable. Wish the manual gave more details on how to setup the function options.

So far so good. We have watched many 4K Ultra HD movies with this and they looks awesome and sound great. We have a theater setup with atmos and this play seems to separate the sound well. I would recommend this player for sure.

Huge upgrade from my old Bluray player. Also, it has ARC, HD+ and 4k so the picture is fantastic and the sound is really good. Got a great price during the holidays so it was the perfect purchase.

The UB-820 is a fantastic 4K player. Impeccable audio and video. The only drawback is no SACS or DVDAudio. Aside from that, I can’t think of another player on the market today that has better picture quality.
