This 4k player so far has been impressive. It does much more than I have been able to try out yet. I also like how it automatically turns on my TV once I turn the player on

We are very happy with this new player. The viewing of 4K DVD's makes a true difference in sharpness and colors of the movies. Only 1 irritation: a woman's voice, speaking very quickly, with instructions on how to use different features. Otherwise, a big fan of this new unit!

This player can improve the look of already good looking 4k movies over other less expensive players. It is also compatible with Sony dolby vision profile.

After doing a lot of research I ended up purchasing this Panasonic player, as I needed something that could play my 4K movies in Dolby Vision. Initial setup was a breeze and the navigation features are very user friendly. If a disc has both Dolby Vision and HDR it will default to Dolby Vision, which is exactly what I want it to do.

Researched this for quite some time. Excellent in every way. Very fast loading, fantastic picture quality, easy to use, good price. Highly recommended.

Best 4K player for the money. If you don’t care too much about sound, no reason to buy it’s bigger brother that’s $600 more. Same exact picture quality

I love this player a lot. I have dolby vision tv and it works so well with the 4K blu rays I have. It's worth the money and I will not be returning it.

Superb 4k player. It has a fantastic image and is very responsive. I had a Sony X800M1 before and it is nowhere near as good as this player.

Excellent picture quality and settings most other new players lack, namely the ability to set audio outputs to bitstream only (I don't use the built-in decoding; I want my pre-amp to handle that). Most newer units only have auto and off. The auto handshake doesn't always work (looking at you, Sony). Heck, on the Panasonic you can even set the Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master audio streams separately! I don't use it for streaming (I task my Apple TV 4k for that). Buy it for the great performance, keep it for the customizability, especially for those of us just pre-Atmos.

The Go-To 4K player by far. The Processor, Upscaling, and Dolby Vision Support are all incredible.
