Overall excellent. One title had audio dropout issues that were resolved by connecting directly to the AV Receiver instead of routing through the TV then to the AVR. All other titles played without issue regardless of connection method. Bought this after returning a Sony unit with consistent freezing issues.

Excellent product. Would have been outstanding, however it does not play legacy products (SACD,DVD AUDIO). Otherwise a great 4k Blu-ray player.

Great player paired with my LG c3 oled. Only downsides (minor ones) remote is cumbersome and the player is loud while playing disc. Not a issue for me but may be if you dont have a surround sound or sound bar. Got it online black friday for $349

Not a cheap Blu-Ray player but so far well worth the money. You can definitely see and hear the difference from other 4K players.

Lots of PQ bells and whistles. And it makes the 4K videos look superb. A little on the light side, weight wise, but not like it is going to move around much on you. Well worth buying.

I thought the UI would be better, im currently having some issues, not knowing if its the player bexause when i picked it up the box was a little skuffed up so maybe it was tossed around a lot of if its the hdmi cables. Going to test things out

Took a while to find where to enable the HDR capability but once it did, it's a fantastic Blu-ray player! All my 4K HDR Blu-rays look great on it. Got it open box but it looked totally brand new, minus a HDMI cable probably

This Panasonic UB820 is so good! So many features and supports Dolby Vision, HDR 10 and HDR 10+. If you're on the fence on buying this, do not hesitate. It is worth every penny!

Much better with Blu-Ray disc but Netflix streaming not working. Not many apps available, Like Vudu, Moviesanywhere, Fox, HBO etc. Good built but zero star for does not have many apps to download. Price is worth if it has all current apps.

I have the Sony 800m2 but my opinion the Panasonic is way better even though it costs more .better picture and sound quality!

This pairs nicely with my LG C1 dolby vision looks amazing! Lots of great features to play around with highly recommended.

Don't be fooled by the "age" of this product, which is well regarded in videophile circles. Very few players and TVs today have BOTH Dolby and HDR10 but this one does. It also has very sophisticated tone mapping that the others lack. Be sure and watch the YouTube videos on the favored settings to get the most out of it as some defaults are questionable.

Great 4k player. Love the quickness of it when booting and loading movies. The sound and video quality is very good. Biggest knock is the remote.

Picture quality is good and the player is fast and responsive. Just need the cost to be more reasonable!

A very nice, slightly higher-end UHD Blu-ray disc player. It costs twice as much as other regular UHD players, but it handles all of the newer audio/4K video formats (e.g. HDR10+, HDR10, Dolby vision, Dolby Atmos, etc.) automatically, so there is minimal fiddling you need to do. A fairly fast 20-30 second startup for most discs makes it a snap to quickly get into your movie night viewing. And, it will upscale your old DVDs and Blu-rays, too.

Fantastic video and Audio even for non 4K disks. Menus are just ok Not using the streaming features

A little less video noise than an LG UBK90. No lockups when switching layers on a disc. Bass is punchier, and ATMOS is more defined.

This is a great 4k player. I have this connected to a Samsung Q9FN and the picture is fantastic.
