Only downside is that it needs more apps but other than that I'm loving it

Freezes Up Constantly!

I bought this due to previously owning a Sony 4k player that would "occasionally" freeze up, and cause frustrations, especially considering I live in a rural area with a large blu ra/4k physical library...and 2 young children who would watch as well. I actually liked the picture quality of the Sony 4k player fine, and it matched well with my Sony OLED. After much research however, I figured I would buy a "step up" 4k player. I have been extremely disappointed. I am not sure if I received a lemon from Panasonic, but the picture quality to me is very similar, but it freezes up WAY more often. This thing is the most sensitive blu ray/4k player I have ever owned...and that is going back many years, pre streaming! I am probably going to have to try my luck with Panasonic warranty department, because there is no way this should be acceptable for a standalone 4k player that stand behind.

Highly Recommend
