Does it's job

Comfortable enough even without it. Sound quality on chat seems fine and volume is adequate. I wish the cord was just a bit longer. That's just me nitpicking though.

Does Not Work

It only works periodically after quitting the game and turning on and off your console. If you unplug it during a game, it most likely won't work without powering down. I work for best buy and would not recommend this product.

You get what you pay for and this headset is much lower quality. However I will say that it is sturdy and functions perfectly fine.

Had to return within 30 days

My set died luckily within the return window. The ear piece went out completely. My friends could hear me talk but I could not hear them. I would suggest spending a little more on something nicer. When they did work they were pretty quiet even at full volume.
