Q: Will this work with computer or phones? Looking for a head set to take at home work calls
A: No, this headset was useless for phone and computer. I originally got it as a backup for my work headset as I do tech support. However my PC was unable to detect the device properly so then I tried using it on my phone as well and the Mic still would not work or even be recognized. It is light and comfortable but without usability it is little more than a decoration. Would not recommend unfortunately.
Q: Does this need a headset adapter to work with the xbox controller?
A: No unless ur controller doesn’t have a 3.5mm jack It’s a headphone jack 3.5mm male

A: Both. It depends on what device you are using. Xbox and PS4 are chat only (i think) and PC depends on your settings.
