Wish the newer version was out when I bought this. Clunky and busy and not user friendly at all. Thought it could be a nice universal remote and I was SO wrong. Continually have to switch modes/inputs to function.

I like that it's more easier to use for movies and netflixs.

Had to take the first one I bought back because it didn't work.

The playstation four remote that I bought was a good one.

Controls the ps4 for watching discs and streaming.

I can't tell you how many times I mess up a show when trying to gently use and set down the controller. No more. Love this remote. Good on battery life too.

The remote fulfills it purposes. Not much to add about it

Bought this remote when it was on sale. Having previously had the official PS3 remote I thought I was going to be getting a convenient universal remote that would connect all my entertain equipment. I was so wrong. First, this is not made by Sony it is made by PDP, which means Sony licensed it out. Unfortunately, Sony has not used this device as it doesn't even recognize their own Soundbars. Then there's is the fact the remote can't switch functions on the fly so in PS4 mode the volume/channel Button is non functional. You have to select each system to gain control over it. Which is annoying as the version from the last generation did this well. I would look for a reliable third party choice cause this "official" remote is terrible.

I like that this remote can control sound and the PlayStation but it doesn't have a backlights which makes it difficult to use. You have to switch between the tv and PlayStation to control different functions which is a pain. And the remote doesn't work with all apps

I purchased this remote to control my PS4 to watch Hulu and Netflix. It doesn't work with Hulu and only kind of works with Netflix. It will not connect to my Sony surround sound so I still have to use numerous remotes.

Works great with the TV and PS4, nice to have around

Finally I got this so I don't have to keep using my controller. Connects easily to your ps4* via Bluetooth. Excellent if you like to watch Blurays on your ps4

This is a nice addition to controllers for the PS4.

Very handy and great to have if you just want to watch a movie or stream some shows without killing your ps4 controller battery while it sits idle without timing out.

The remote works sell but will not work in the VUDU app

Overpriced $30, doesn't control Sony TV volume. Pairing was strange and didn't match the written instructions. I guess it's ok but really it's worth about $8.

Ok remote, some buttons sometimes don't respond to well.
