I like it a lot, and it's very useful for things like watching movies. It lasts for a decent amount of time before needing to be charged again.

Remote syns in automatically.hasnt given me any issues and works better for dvd features

This controller is in my view not good enough because it needs to be changed to different inputs to control different devices. It also cannot control apps such as hulu or vudu. So what is the point of using it. Will not buy again....

I bought this to use with my PS4, Best Buy had the best price in the area so, I bought it.

Brother in law uses his PS4 for streaming and movies on disc, this simplified his setup significantly.

This remote works somewhat, but can be slow to begin controlling PS4 and doesn't have pass through volume control for a receiver.

I found this remote to be useful, with many features and somewhat ease of use. Unfortunately, after less than a year of use, it stopped working. It was never dropped or suffered any spills. so my choices are, either use the dualshock controller when watching dvd's or bluray disks or buy another one of these that may or may not last me another 8 months. Sony should have manufactured their own version.

The remote works just like it is supposed to, the problem is that it goes through batteries way to fast. It would be better to just use the ps4 controller.

I use this to play my movies and control the PS4 for streaming because I don't like using the game controllers. I guess I'm old school.

I bought this to use with my PlayStation and the on-demand TV program it has. It has trouble connecting through the Bluetooth sometimes, and will not program to work with my denon audio receiver, but I still use it and like it.

This is a must have accessory for PS4! I e your going to use the PS4 as a Blu Ray player, you'll need this!

If you have a ps4 I recommend this over the smaller ones, simply because it’s a multi device controller.

It's an okay remote, but I think $30 is too much for it. I wish it had the same build quality as the ps3 remote controls. But, this is the only official remote for the ps4.

I will state that this has been my primary interface for watching PS Vue and Netflix since I got it, but the disconnection and reconnection (while understandable to preserve battery life) is a bit cumbersome at times.

I had been waiting a long time for the PS4 to put out a quality remote. It looks like the wait will continue. Not all of the buttons work as they should. Setup was difficult.
