The remote does what it claims it does. Harmony remote doesn't work on ps4 so had to get this.

Could not get this remote to work so we had to take it back

Great build and connectivity. Just some buttons don't do what you think they would do.

Good remote. However, doesn't work well with Playstation Vue. Has excellent battery life.

You have to choose between different devices---TV, PS4---to tell that machine what to do. Which means you can do pretty much everything with the PS4 chosen until you want to change volume and then you have to change back and back again. I pretty much just use the controller and my old XBox remote which still does volume without complaint,

PDP has been making decent universal remote for Sony or a while now.

It takes a lot to connect and the provided instructions do not help. I had to YouTube how to connect the remote to a PS4. It took me a while to connect but ones I'm connected, it works great but when I turn off my PS4, it takes a while for the remote to sense the PS4 again.

Tried to use it one time and got frustrated. Unknown if I will ever be able to use it?

It is a great remote the only thing it doesn't work with Vudu and we watch a lot of Vudu.

Unfortunately I feel like Sony let me down with this one. I have a Sony set up that consists of a 65" Sony 4k 3d tv and a 7.2 4k 3d compatible receiver. So, one would think that this remote would easily sync to and run these devices. Nope, it barely works with some of the functions of my tv and will not even hook up to my receiver. Not to mention that it is not even very easy to operate the blu ray functions on the ps4 and it is always shutting itself off. So, you have to remember to hit the "ps" button before using the remote just to pause or skip chapters. So, for the first time in my history with Sony I am highly disappointed. Hope they come out with a better version soon.

I would love this remote more if I was lazy and couldn't get up to change the game!

Sometimes the bluetooth connect will not connect or will dropout or will require hitting the bluetooth button to re-activate the controls. The ps4 controller at the same location never has a problem. I got this for easier control while watching netflix but i still need to keep the game controller nearby.

Decent remote. Can control multiple Sony products. Stable not flashy.

It's like a ps3 remote, but not enough. At least my ps4 remote works well.

Its a ok remote when it works...the programming process is not user friendly

Times out while watching movies then you have to press the ps button again

It is limited for controlling other devices, but controls the PS4 well.

It's not the easiest remote to use but it works with the PlayStation
