It works as is suppose to! Looks good and is very lightweight

I was pleased to try this rare Bluetooth remote for my setup, pairing perfectly the first time through. I was, however, mightily disappointed to discover that the number keys are not sent with the Bluetooth stream; any input in any game or utility where numeric input may be required will fail. Very disppointing, and will be returning this unit as a result.

Do not buy. Take the poor reviews seriously. The remote would not pair or control my PS4 after two weeks. The new version of this item is getting better reviews. The manufacturer PDP will release a infrared adapter similar to the Logitech PS3 Adapter in December 2016 that should work with Harmony remotes.

Then it just randomly quit working for the PS4 after about 3 weeks. At first I thought it was the batteries going dead. I changed the batteries out and it successfully turned on the PS4 and nothing else from that point on.

Not produced by Sony so no support on their end. The company that DOES make it claims to have a support number that no one ever answers. Clunky design, buttons don't assign and the instructions are trash. Loved the PS3 remote. This is a serious step backwards. AVOID

Great Remote for PS4, but not so easy to connect to operate TV.

It stopped working after 2 days. I successfully paired it to my ps4, tv and cable box. 2 days later, I can no longer control my ps4. The PS button doesn't work. The ps4 selector button doesn't work. Can't even re-pair it to my ps4. Yet I can still control my TV and cable box. I figured it was only $20, how bad can it be? It had decent packaging and pretty good build quality... so I thought. I didn't know PDP was formerly Pelican, who made probably the worst gaming accessories ever. I'll be sure to avoid this product, as well as others from PDP. I'll stick to using my controllers. At least they actually work.

Its alright to use on movies. not good with hulu app

I bought this remote in the hope it would as well as the PS3 remote. It does not. The remote times out way to quickly . The programming feature of the remote doesn't work well, nor does it seem to stick. I've had to reprogram this remote a few times already.

Okay, I have had two of these units; the first one exhibited constant disconnect--only remedied by re-pairing it to the PS4--and pairing this remote is not a snap! The second was trying to type in on Playstation search the cursor would soon start to "fly" across the letters, never settling on your intended target. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. And finally it would put my PS4 in a total lockup. Before you think to yourself that this is an isolated incident; I in fact returned my PS4 Pro because of other issues and got another PS4...And also bought a NEW PDP PS4 Remote--exactly the same behavior. Wait for some other company to provide a PS4 Remote.

Basically can barely do more that what the PS4 Controller can do. No input button on remote, so when I want to change the TV input I have to use my other remote. The Play, Pause, forward/rewind buttons, and stop buttons work.

bad in every aspect of the word. pointing right at system it would not perfrom any of the simple functions is was built and designed to handle.

This item stopped working a few weeks after purchase. It has a two-year warranty. I have made more than a dozen attempts to call on the phone and submitted several requests via their website. Despite calling during their stated business hours, no one is ever available to answer the phone. I got one email response to my multiple submissions, stating that someone would get back with me in 5 business days. This was weeks ago and I have received no response. I cant believe Best Buy is still selling this item

Bought one at Black Friday and it quit working after a couple months. The TV function on a widely sold Samsung TV never worked. Bought a cheap $7 RCA remote from Best Buy and it worked on all TVs and TV/DVD combos with little effort. Bought another another one of these remotes and it was dead on arrival and won't even work. Do not waste your time with this remote.

The process of ordering and picking up the purchased item was easy and convenient. However the remote doesn't work at all i tried trouble shooting but the remote simply won't even power on.
