Super item works perfectly and functions with ease

I look how this remote works via Bluetooth so you don't have to point it directly at the console. I would like it more if it had backlit keypad.

I bought this remote to use with my PS4 for the Playstation Vue service from Sony, everything works as expected. The pairing with the PS4 was very simple and I also paired it to my LG TV without any problems. Highly recommended this remote if you don't want to use the PS4 controller for media playing in your console.

great replacement if you have a Sony everything set up, makes you think you are actually controlling everything from your TV instead of a ps4. Just make sure in your controllers setting to set up bluetooth connection instead of USB connectivity

Great universal remote. Does drain batteries. Way better than using the game controller to watch videos etc

Hard to find item. Happy I was able to order it through best buy. I was unable to locate it elsewhere

This remote does the job, but is too small for big hands, plus the back button (circle) is oddly placed. Volume punch through for amps is not supported either.

This works great for all your video needs on ps4 without your gaming controller. Only downside is it has all the keys except the L's and R's " the trigger"

It is nice to have a remote to give the Ps4 a more movie-watching feel. But it would be better if it actually turned my system on when I used it.

It would be better if all the buttons worked ... (I'd ment not all of the buttons are recognized by the universal controller) some of them won't work

This item feels a bit clunky when using with PS Vue and lacks some of the functionality I would expect with it.

Doesn't work perfectly with Playstation Vue; battery life is good; button layout is a bit confusing and cumbersome, lots of unnecessary buttons.

It has all the features I need required to control my systems. The only flaw is I have to constantly change TV just to higher or lower volume.

Works great for my TV and PS4. It did not work with my Klipcsh soundbar. Still a good remote with lots of functions on it.

The universal functions are really beneficial and work excellently. The Playstation functions, however, leave a bit to be desired. Like the game controllers, the remote must be re-synced every time you use it, which is fine for a gamepad you never put down until you're done with, but for a remote whose only needed between movies or shows, it gets very irritating. The PS3 remote never had this issue, I don't really understand why the PS4 version does.
