This remote worked awesome but was a pain that I had to switch back and forth in order to change the channel and turn the volume up or down.

It's a good universal remote and easy to program. The button layout could be improved a little, but it works fine for what it is.

Stopped using my expensive harmony remote when i purchased this. Only wish it had buttons matching the R and L bumpers on the remote.

Really happy with this control. Works well with my samsung TV and Motorola cable box. It doesn't have full function with my Yamaha receiver, but you are able to teach it the missing button using the original Yamaha control. That was very helpful in getting all functions to work.

Bought as a backup remote. It functions as needed, battery life is great and it's easily integrated with the PS4.

Switched to PS Vue for TV. Though i think the layout needs to be better, this remote is a lot more convenient than using the controller.

remote is good a little tricky to setup to use as a universal remote though.

This remote it’s not like the Sony one for PS3 but it will do the trick for your PS4

Have to be very close for it to sync up and start/use. My husband hasn’t complained so seems to be great other than that.

Much better for controlling movies than the controllers. Annoying that it needs to be awakened after 30 minutes of inactivity.

I would not connect to my Surround Bar (LG) but it connected to everything else. Works fine!

This is honestly better than the new PS5 media remote. I need the TV and sound bar remotes in addition to that. This one does it all and doesn’t take long to program to work with everything at a time.

I control my tv, surround sound, cable and ps4 system with this controller. Small downside to control the ps4 system only it goes to sleep mode 30min of inactivity(tv, amp, cbl are always active to use) but you can wake it up by pressing the PS button.

Great deal, it does everything I need, I really purchased my PS4 to stream on my television and watch bluray movies, but the joystick is a bit complicated for me to use, this device works very well for me and makes it easier.

Cut the cord and have a ps4 you need this Bluetooth remote to have easy access of your other audio visual equipment.

Works pretty well; we wanted a remote that works with Playstation Vue and our Smart TV/Amazon/Netflix. That being said, it works great for those combined. BUT we have had numerous remotes where the battery cover breaks off and the batteries fall out and disappear. It's so frustrating, now when we want to use our new remote the batteries are missing because the cover is broken. Off to buy another one!

With the help of a Best Buy associate, I bought a universal remote for my PlayStation and it has been great and reduced my need for an over abundance of remotes. Thanks as always for being so helpful! Kristy F

This remote does work. takes a bit to get used to/paired. can be a bit laggy at times. but all in all, it does its job.

Good product that really aids navigation when watching movies or shows on the ps4. Much easier than using the controller.
