ESPHome Compatible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These are running generic ESP8285 MCUs. You will have to shuck the case off using a prying tool, it's held on with a little bit of glue along the top part of the case. GPIO4 is the push button GPIO13 is the relay GPIO5 is the red LED They are fully controllable from Home Assistant. The MCU has 4 pins along the top of the controller which you will need to patch to get your initial firmware load on there. 1. 3.3v 2. GND 3. TX 4. RX When powering up, short the pad marked IO0 to boot it into flash mode. You know it's worked if the Red LED does not start blinking.
