    Unable to connect to alexia even though it is stated on the box as being compatible. Ordered 2 boxes and none would connect, I'm sure I would give it a better rating if it would of worked because of the price.

    One of them is very glitchy. Sometimes it works sometimes dies. I have to reset it several times in order to get it to work. I use alexa - and alexa sometimes didnt recognize. I wouldnt purchase this again.

    Purchased as a gift for someone. They were never able to connect these to their home wifi so it was a useless gift.

    Took a lot of finesse and trial and error with the alexa to get this to work. Wasn't as easy as plug in and go

    I could not get this smartplug to work. I tried multiple times to connect it with the light and google home. I called customer service and even Best Buy. I had to return it and get a refund.

    I believe I was sold an ineffective smart plug; however after contacting the manufacturer company, they issued me out a new one. The staff at the Hampton Co. are very friendly and eager to help. Its just the plug (that I purchased) sucks.

    It doesn’t take much to knock whatever is plugged in out. Other brands that are at same or lower price would be better than this. The app is okay when it works for me.

    Gave up after three days of trying to get these set up. They even messed up Alexa. Returned to Best Buy for refund. Went back to old fashioned light timer...so much easier.

    I was never able to pair this Smart Plug with my Smartphone I tried in a different outlet, it was impossible. Alexa never found them. Hard to connect. Not recommended.
