If you like the persona series you will like this game.

Interesting game if you've never played JRPGs before

If you've played previous games in the series, you'll probably like it just fine, but I got it based on reviews and honestly it was really slow to start and I lost interest about 15 hours in.

For super fans of the series I'm sure this will hit the spot. I wanted something a bit different this time and it did not deliver... Still solid though.

I like the style of the game but being turn base makes things slow and less interesting.

It's an ok game, but I may pass on the next one, if there is one.

Don't stream past the 7th day unless you want banned on twitch.

This is not so much a game you play, but one you watch. Endless dialogue trees and cut scenes, then you run from point A to point B only to watch more cut scenes and read more dialogue.

I've been a huge fan of persona for quite a long time and I've been so excited for this game since the announcement so many years ago. If you enjoy turn based combat, mixed with a slice of life and some good morals behind a story persona is absolutely highly recommended. Not only is the gameplay smooth and just over all fantastic, but the music is catch and supports the tones of the game perfectly. Persona 5 is a beautiful addition to the line up and expectations former persona games have given fans, and since each game has its own unique story, newcomers don't have to worry about needing to know previous games just to get into Persona 5. It's a whole new experience for everyone to enjoy!

If you want to simulate going to highschool in japan this game is for you

Been fan since persona 3 and eventually bought the playstation games too. Latest persona game is good It has some nice improvements and I really like the style and story so far. Some don't like the whole back in forth with being interrogated, but I thought it was a nice touch. So far I like all the team members I've encountered and I find the palaces to be fun. Good game if your into persona games or shin megami tensei. I find this game has a mix of persona 3 and 4 has some dark stuff in it.

Being someone who loves rpgs of all kinds, I was anxious to give persona 5 I chance based off of all the great reviews I kept seeing. I've heard of the series but this would be my first time playing one. This game is unique in every way. From story, combat, character development, everything. I've nevertheless had some more enjoyment out of a brand new IP for me.

One of the best of it's genre. Fast paced and challenging

Maybe the best JRPG ever, and maybe the most stylistic game ever as well. The game is well paced and fun for the entire 100+ hour playthrough, which is astonishing. Takes one of the most beloved and iconic JRPG series and improves upon it in every way. Alternates between your high school / social experience and going into dungeons. Quirky, amazing, and a game everyone should experience.

I've been buying a lot of PS4 games lately because I just got my PS4 in March(I was playing Xbox One) and so far they're all great but this game is just so addicting!!! I normally do not like turn based RPG I just prefer standard RPG but this game changed my mind! I've been playing it for 13 hours straight and only stopped to recharge my controller. I beyond recommend this game.

The best turn based JRPG of the past 5 years or so. A must play for anyone who likes dungeon crawlers and the JRPG genre.

This is a fantastic game. Just as good as Persona 4.

Persona 5 is one of those rare games that a small review can't do justice. Do yourself a favor, buy the game. If you don't like it after playing for 10 hours, trade it in.
