A: Only the standard version does. Steelbook, no. Try Amazon if Bestbuy doesn't have it.
A: Yep. Search "Persona 5" and hit the 2nd option. No steelbook case, but you do get the controller skin which looks nice. Plenty of youtube vids that showcase it.
