Only One Worked

I decided to buy a few more lights. They arrived on time and I connected them with ease. I couldn't get one of them to work properly. After changing it out with other bulbs and lights that worked, I determined it was a bad bulb. I wanted to exchange locally but they didn't have them in stock. I should've taken them both back for a refund but needed the other one. Long story short, I discarded the bad one and lost $15.
