    It’s not very easy to operate and can only be used with a direct LAN connection instead of wifi. The directions don’t help much and I havent Used it but a couple times since I purchased It.

    Our Philips smart bulbs needed to be factory reset- this isn’t easy with philips so we got this to allow our bulbs to be reconnected to our hub. It worked as described.

    You dont get to really unlock the use of the hue lights until you get the bridge.

    No matter what I did with any different Ethernet cord the device would not connect to my wifi. Would get power light and plugged into to router light but never connect to wifi. Nothing online would help since it needed to be connected first. So bad product in my opinion

    I really dislike the fact in order to use the hue lights you needed the bridge and the bridge has to be connected directly into the router. Decided to return.
