I’m not at all happy with us and I’m very likely going to return it. It’s unable to find my lights. Super annoying.

Seems pricey for all the components and individual bulbs. The light is nice but it’s clearly a luxury almost cheesy item

Like all of my electronics purchases I get that there will be updates, enhancements, etc. I do, I get it. That being said, the transfer process from the Gen 1 bridge to the Gen 2 bridge worked fine. It was a little clunky but worked. What was not in the documentation and only found out in the user forums at Apple is that Siri can only be used by ""1"" user! HUH WHAAAHHHH?!?!?! I am really hoping this will get addressed by an update soon, but come one guys. Also, Siri gets stuck finding some of the bulbs. Great feature that needs work.

Gets stuck all the time, I would not buy it again or recommend it to others. Low quality, very disappointing

To replace the old hub, that still works, for new lights compatibility. Phillips, you're starting to smell like apple...

The hue products are great. I just wish that I didn't have to make this additional purchase in order to use my other hue products.

This is the 3rd one of these Ive had to buy. They seem to die right after warrantee runs out!

Setup was easy. Placed it on 2nd floor of 3-story TH. No problems with reception.

Allows you to come home & not be in the dark. Voice compatible w Google Home.

No complaints it does what it’s supposed too. Needed it with Apple home pod

We purchased this along with some light bulbs. It was impossible to work with as we don't have a router in our house, we have fiber optic cable internet. There were NO options to avoid having a router. It was frustrating and I was very unhappy with the purchase. If Philips can figure out a way around the router issue, I'd give them another try.

I have had this year the best experience with Best Buy . Keep it up

Nice system. Especially the colored bulbs that the bridge can run.

I have a partial smart home - nothing fancy but it works for me. This device was not compatible so I returned it.

I love these lights! Easy to install and they work well.

We got this to function our Phillips hue lights. It does have some limitations when it comes to distance.

The bridge was cumbersome and difficult to use. It would not stay connected to the wifi and was never able to bridge all of the lighting devices together. I returned it.

Absolutely worth every penny, I love my philips hue.

The bridge unlinks itself when the lights goes put and you have to reset everything allover . God bless
