Does not work and after hours with customer support they don't know how to get it to work either. 5 phone calls today and still no luck. It will not connect with Arris Routers. This is a known problem that Hue has been working on patching for over a year now

Coverage is good in an older home. Only went dark once or twice in the last couple of months.

Still haven't been able to connect. We tried following directions on the box, online & you tube to no avail

We had the 1st generation bridge that was deprecated by Philips, but when it reached EOL we were compelled to buy the second generation. It still hasn't connected with our Google Home, no matter what we've done. Very disappointed.

Hue light and hue bridge are not responding to me WiFi and therefore are not working. I'm told there are hundreds of colors to choose from, we'll I only get the default color. Nothing I bought is recognized. Not the phone Phillip hue app, bridge 2, lights and wireless l. This product has been useless, a scam and waste of money

Won't connect to internet. Tried multiple times. Connected to a different ethernet cable and still nothing.

I’m frustrated. I bought this as a hub to bridge my Samsung smart things hub/devices to HomeKit. I cannot get past the first installation step bc it wants to connect to a light which I don’t have a light.

Had the older version of the Hue Hub - it worked fine. Decided to pick up the new version for the improved marriage with Alexa and other devices. Can not get it to work or recognize a single bulb (have 25). I'm thinking I must have gotten a dud. Will be returning to try again.

I bought this as a replacement for a hue bridge that broke. When I got home the prongs were missing so I had to use my power cable from my original bridge that powered my last unit but for some reason this bridge wouldn’t power...

It can only connect to products up to ten feet. The customer service is garbage. When you went to set it up on the app and you made a mistake you can’t go back on the app.

This device is sporadic and only partially works with Amazon Alexa 4 of my Phillips Hue bulbs will not turn on by voice command, the customer service is Not helpful.

total rip-off, they took a perfectly working Hub deactivated it for the internet to force you to buy their version to Philips communism

I could not connect to either the modem or router. It didn’t help to talk to either Phillips or Xfinity.

As everybody knows the technology is changing, and so they should let you control the lights from your phone instead using that part as the way to update and adjust the lighting of your room.

One star because it sucks that I have to buy this just to control my one little hue light strip smh

The hue bridge had a few problems and wasn’t able to be fixed by the Geek Squad and ultimately had to be returned.

Got this as a gift for a relative. And wasnt a good gift for that person. I am now stuck with it because I could not return it due to Best Buys 14 day return policy
