Was easy to install and setup. The App is very intuitive and my Hue lights were functioning properly within minutes.

Setting up was extremely easy, it is as simple as plug it in, setup on phone and that's it! Works great and synced to HomeKit with ease.

I love the fact that it allows one to control their lights remotely even when on vacation half around the world and make it look like you’re at home even when you’re not as long as it is connected to your home WiFi. Very easy to setup, it might ask you to update if it’s not updated. After this the setting up process is a breeze. I had mine done in about 15 minutes. Would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to add features to their smart home.

The bridge does exactly what it is supposed to and I can easily change the mood in the room in seconds.

The hue bridge works great with wink. If you want some color in your life this is the way to go.

If Philips can let their products be able to connect to any main stream hub, that would be perfect. It's a bit redundant to use this bridge in the middle.

To get the full hue experience the bridge is a must have. The new upgraded version adds HomeKit and other features that make the experience better

Great product for the Philip Hue Lighting System!!

I bought it a few years ago, I like hue UI(user interface). I will collect more hue apps.

but Phillips released an update that keeps this hub from working with third party bulbs like Cree and GE without any warning. The Cree connected bulbs are much better/brighter than Hue White bulbs so this is very dissapointing for someone who invested quite a bit in this system. Probably should have stuck with wink.

I bought this hue bridge with the Philips light bars and hooked them up. They worked for about a day then disconnected from my internet and would not reconnect. I bought another bridge in hopes that they would work again and now it won’t connect to the lights. I could’ve just bought 30 dollars led light strips and have been better off. Total waste of money

Great if you want to pay twice Bought into hue when it first came out. Now they are forcing me to upgrade to the new bridge by removing some of the capabilities that I had earlier. When they do offer insensitive to switch it always ends at a dead end “product out of stock”. Watch out owners of the version 2 hub I’m sure they have a version 3 in the works.

Buggy and flakey. I have always had trouble after software updates, having to reset and re-link the one light strip I need for this terrible piece of software to manage, but this latest update has killed it entirely. I've tried everything and the lights are stuck on with no ability to turn them off or change them without just yanking out the plug. DO NOT BUY
