Buy the hub, and use it with any homekit, google, or alexa control. It was easy to set up, I personally used google mesh. Then add anything else. Works great as a hub

This bridge hub or whatever you wanna call it to me it’s just a moneymaking tool. It’s function is to take all of the lights in your house and put them into one app so you can use them on your smart device. It is necessary to have and no way around it. If you want to control your LED lights with a smart device you need to have this bridge hub. They should have made the app to control multiple LED lights. Got this to go with a Phillips Hue light strip one of my kids got for Christmas. It’s a pricey necessity, but it works great and we will be able add on to the light system throughout our home over time with this bridge.

This item was a replacement for the same thing I purchased more than five years ago. No problem with set up, just have to match it to all your lighting, app was a great help.

Easy to set up and can be hidden easily. I have mine in a closet and still is able to connect to everything in my apartment with no issues. Makes integration easy.

There's not much to say about this hub. I had no issues setting it up. I use it to control Hues lighting in two rooms and behind a TV. The system is very reliable.

Very easy to set up and once you set it up you forget about it. Also it automatically paired to my Apple HomeKit system. Very easy and worth the extra money.

Set up in no time. Simple hook up to the router and power source. Just follow the instructions manual. A must have with Philips Hue Led light Strips or light bulbs. Expensive but worth it.

Best system out there. Phillips Hue is expensive to start, but well worth it. It lasts a long time and is pretty flawless.

When you buy the Hue Portable Light, the instructions are horrible in the box. It will tell you that you need a bridge; this bridge. That is only if you have the Echo dot, not the Echo plus. You do not need this bridge if you use the Echo plus. Just connect using your Alexa app and add it to your Smart Home section. Take the serial number off the sticker on the back of the Hue portable light to help find the bulb. I think it is silly that the bridge has to actually be plugged in to the back of the router anyways for you to use it. It works, but much easier if you have the Echo plus and no bridge needed.

This was a purchase coupled with the Hue light A19 Color bulb. It was easy to set up and additional hue products install with just one push of a button. Draw back, not cheap by any means.

It does its job. Easy to connect in app Wish it would not have to be connected via Ethernet however I’m sure that boosts reliability
