Despite trying all the different Zigbee channels, the problem kept happening. So got rid of it and now everything works fine. Such a disappointment. However I gave it two stars because you can download things for it that let you change the lighting based on the time of day or even when your doing something like playing your gaming console. It will change colors based on whats going on in your game. Which is great.

Easy To Upgrade/Install

I like how it moved over my Gen 1 scenes and setting. Disappointed that I needed to by a similar device because of 'security'. This is Planned Obsolescence so you buy more. I love HUE, but not the price and upgrade. Install was easy.

Pretty glitchy so far

Have tried multiple things to fix it without success. Would not recommend buying a lot of these without first testing a few in your home. I’m trying to decide to take them back or not

Works well with Alexa

But does not connect to my Google Home at all. Just about convinced me to shelve my Google Home and go to Alexa exclusively....Google's interface is just to finicky! Would only recommend if you want to use it with Alexa.
