Upgraded my hub once I purchased an older version of the hub and lights. I feel the support isn't good. I wanted to automate certain themes, however doesn't work as promised. The lights are nice and the hub does it's job, just use the correct app.

I dont really have a review of this.. I just have this because it is required so that you can use te Hue Lights so... just wanted to be cheaper. But installation is simple and easy

Well, I bought this product and was not compatible with my other devices. Word to wise, these technologies DON'T WORK TOGETHER, either buy from same manufacturer or do the painstaking download apps and configuration.

This bridge has saved my life . I just wish they told me I needed this to use the light bulbs it’s pricey

Works amazing any where in your home mine is downstairs an works as if it’s in the same area of my hone

I think everyone should have one of these, runs my light bulbs in the house and super easy to set up.

You need a strong wifi signal to get the lights to work consistently. It had a hard time controlling the lights in remote rooms. Had to return.

The Phillips Hue System is by far the best! Excellent product controls all the HUE lights.

The entire Philips system along with fact you needed a bridge to connect with Google home system is a scam but is a nice toy to have but not needed for the price

did not use it I was in ICU with Covid and I didn't need the product anymore but they wouldn't return it or let me talk to a manager because I was 1 day to late.

I was using a v1 hue bridge that allowed Alexa control, but then I got an email from Philips that they would be removing both Alexa control as well as out-of-home cloud connectivity from the v1 in 2020. I dislike that I was forced to spend more money to simply keep features that I already had with older hardware, but welcome to capitalism I guess... Works exactly like the V1 bridge I have been using for close to a decade.

Purchased this but I didn’t need it to connect the Phillips light as I only have one strip +extension. This is required if you want to connect more lights

works now - I bought a reserviced one before that didn't work

Shammalamading dong why is this dumb little po head required for me to connect my lights, why cant they just plug into a pc or hdmi, did dumb

On my 2nd one. The first one just stopped working. Was forced to get a warranty on this one cause I am afraid it’ll happen again

Phillips Hue Bridge is a device to connect your smart lights. Very easy to connect.

Loved the product a bit complicated to set up.but works well

Flaky sometimes and has a limit on the number of hue devices it can handle. Needs resetting often even if plugged into a switch or router.

Honestly the fact this device isn't incorporated inside other HUE devices is ridiculous. This was just a money ploy for you to buy this device. All it does is act as wifi/bluetooth for your HUE devices which should just interact through your wifi without this device if Phillips was thinking about the design and not money. Literally just have this command stripped on the back of my wifi router and a little mad it has to take up and ethernet port.

An absolute must if you have hue products. Really is the brains of hue but expensive and disappointed it not packaged with more of their products.
