We really like the lights. its just a little frustrating that you have to have things sold seperately for them to work and the high cost of each item. Wish they were a little more flexible so they could be installed easier but besides that they do work very nice.

When walking into my house, you can see my TV from the side. If you have a sinilar set up where you can see the side if the TV, then its not really a good fit, as you look directly at the light strip. If you have a TV where you only see the front of the TV no matter where you are walking in the room, then its a good fit.

Easy to install, works great, and has awesome color.

I've been messing around with interactive tv lighted for a while, trying many different solutions. While the most expensive, hue works the best with the least amount of problems. However, with this price, you would think some corners that were cut that should have been left alone. The tv mounting solution is not working and I'll prob have to get some 3m hooks to make it work properly. They should include at least two to four more hooks for this 5v size. The power cable is really short and you would think that for close to 300 bucks they could make it a tad longer. What worse is they try to sell you an extension for even more expense. The zone count is OK, but compared to other systems and the total cost, I'd hope for more. Long and the short, these work and if you have the budget for it, you'll be satisfied. However I'm a little tired of being burned by a premium product sales pitch and feeling short handed.

I ordered a 65” light strip from Beach Camera through Best Buy but received a 55” version instead. When I reached out, the initial communication was confusing — they offered me a $10 refund to keep the wrong item, even though there’s about a $30 price difference between the two when I purchased. It also took several days at a time for them to respond, and as the days passed, I grew increasingly concerned about my refund deadline approaching with no clear resolution. I would have appreciated it if they had clarified from the start that they couldn’t process exchanges and could only issue refunds. That would’ve saved time and worry. To their credit, once I followed up repeatedly, they eventually sent a return label and confirmed I’d receive a full refund once the incorrect item was returned. Overall, I wish the process had been more transparent and timely, but I’m glad it’s finally being resolved.

I’ve been looking at this Hue lighting system for TVs for a while and was hesitant. First, the cost seemed very high but what the heck, I bought it and had Geek Squad install it. What a wonderful product. I love it along with a houseful of Philips Hue lighting. Enjoy everyone!

Caution ⚠️ If you pair this with the Hue Sync box there will be no going back! It will ruin you from ever watching movies or especially gaming with out it. It’s too late for me. I only use this and tell everyone about it. Save your wallet and heed this warning. Or get the set up and start living!

When I purchased this, it thought it would be nice, but not something that would really make a huge difference in how immersive content appeared…. I was wrong…. Makes a huge difference. Also it can be used to add ambiance to room.

Nice product albeit very, very pricey for what it does.

Love what they did with the new ability to mount this strip in comparison to other light strips. I had to exchange my defective tv. I was able to take off the mounts and got some new 3m double sided tape and re mount the light strip with ease.

This works so well with the Hue Sync Box. It’s expensive but the mood it add to watching TV is just amazing. I highly recommend this in place of or in addition to the Hue Play Light Bar. Shipped quickly and arrived with no problem.

Beauty and grace. Both my TVs have them and I love the gradient effect. You can add soo much character to your home with ambience lighting

This is a total game changer for watching movies - but you need to get the play bars for the lower part of your TV or else the effect isn't worth it - trust me on this! Do it right or don't do it at all!

If youre gwtting this to just have expensive lights behind your tv then perfect its wonderful. If you qant it to synch and change colors qith what youre watching well that is where the problem is. Every 5 minutes it will cut sound out of whatever youre watching or playing. Ive gone through tech support ive recieved different of all the things i even purchased brand new cords nothing works. Waste of money and time. Also phillips has no idea what the problem is they say its my tv which is brand new then they said my sound bar which is also brand new. Extremely frustrating. Also check reddit its a known problem.

Outstanding lighting effects bar/strip for TV. It was easy to set up and seamlessly incorporated with other hue smart home features.

Buy it when you can!!! This was sold out and I signed up to receive notifications when it was back in stock. This replaced 4 light bars at the top of the tv, and the sync is perfect!! I have one of these and 3 light bars at the bottom of my 85 inch tv.

Perfect it a must get but make sure when u install them try not to install them to wide apart so it can really attach to clamps that u put on the tv. Example if u have a 65 inch tv try to set up the lights at a 55 inch not exactly 65

The colors are bright and really enjoying the progressive color change instead of only being able to have one color at a time.
