My Introduction to Hue (It’s okay)

I’m currently using it as a monitor mood backlight on my desk and, while it works, I expected the lights to be brighter, so that’s been disappointing. I do like them. I’m just annoyed that it seems like I have to buy more Hue lights for this intended purpose instead of elsewhere in my home like I planned.

There's a separate app for the sync box which is pure garbage. The starter kit itself is pretty good & the regular hue app is reliable but bc the sync box is an extra $300 & the accompanying app is useless, I had to knock off a couple of stars based on what I use the lights for
