I purchased my first one 2 years ago, after about 7 months it stopped working. I tried re-pairing to the hub and it wouldn't work. I bought a new one and a year later this one stopped working too... I refuse to buy another one as they suddenly stop working. They're barely even used because we have our hue system paired to our Google home and Amazon echo. I'm disappointed with the quality of these switches.

The lights are great! Not a big fan of the Tap. I might have a different opinion if Phillips included the Tap with the lights but for the extra cost of the Tap I think it is fair to have higher expectations. Setup was difficult even though I followed the instructions closely. Once setup the Tap usually requires a slam or a hit to get the lights on and off. To be fair though occasionally it works perfectly but Phillips could and should do much better.

This is much better product than many others i have tried from different companies. But the buttons dont work correctly with assigned lighting all the times.

This worked ok until I got google home. I can't seem to get the two to work together. So I'm not too happy with this thing stuck on my wall.

It was ok. I thought it would be able to mess with the settings more than I was able to.

This was too complicated and I returned it. It really wasn't what I thought it was and I replaced it with a Hue remote switch.

I never should have bought this.. I love the hue system and this is one mistake i made ..its unnessicary.. Totally useless really

Not very helpful. Especially when there are Alexa’s and google homes. Waste of money

I purchased this disc to turn on several different hue lights. It was terrible and did not work very well. I returned it one day after purchasing it and trying to get it to work. Maybe it was me, I did not like this switch.

Bought this and returned shortly after. Depressing button three will push button one intermittently.....frustrating when I saw some reviews that shared similar problems. The dimmer switch gives more function and you can buy two for the tap switch's price.

Item arrived broken. It's been weeks and I have still not received a replacement.

I prefer the dimmer switch to this. Never use this

This is non electronic which I knew but you have to press hard meaning you really should pick it up (no just walking by and pressing the button while it sits on the table). It’s clanky and cheapish at least to me. It is however made from heavy plastic.

Worked really well, however didn't like the buttons and how bulky it was. It looks like 4 separate buttons, however it one master button, it just depends on which of the 4 you push to get the light setting you programmed.

Got the hue back in Aug 25, 2018 and today November 8 2018 the devise is broken and not responding. After setting it all up its Time to take it Back and see what Best Buy can do about it. Not pleased about this.

Like most accessory products and applications from this company it underwhelms. The lights themselves are great but this device is limited to three light/function as per par for the course

It just another toy to make me lazy . i could do it in my phone without the need for buying the hub remote .

Didn't really see the value. We have the app....this just seemed like clutter
