I have slowly been adding more and more of these lights to my home. I use them everyday using Alexa to control them. The only downfall I have seen is the price. If I can't find them on sale I do not buy them. They got down to $31 for one bulb during some holiday sales which I think is reasonable. But $49 is way too much. Great bulb, just wait for the right price.

They are fun to set a different colors or scenes, and sync to music, etc. A bit pricey but effective.

I have been a fan of Philips Hue and their ecosystem for a while now. The combination of their hardware (bulbs and bridge) and iOS app is unmatched in the Smart Home industry. These BR30 floods are very bright and very versatile. I’m slowly changing every can in my home to these - at $35 to $50 a bulb (depending on the discounts offered at the time or purchase) it can be a bit pricey. But definitely worth the cost.

Have a number of hue bulbs and other items for home automation connected to Alexa/Google. Tried a few brands but these perform the best with a reasonable app and easy to set up. Yet to see how long they last.

These bulbs have great white contrast and variety. I bought these to provide some Christmas cheer over the fireplace. Works better to save you money with the motion accessory.

These bulbs are great. I’m in the process of purchasing enough for my entire three level home.

I liked the lights. You can change the colors using echo or your smart phone. Great product.

So our home was built with 5 single R30 lights with the center one being powered by a separate switch. This is designed so you can instal a hanging light in the center. This HUE bulb which a much cheaper and more efficient investment. It matches the other bulbs when all 5 are on by both the color and the design. Love being able to control the House with the HUE lights when home or not at home. Enjoy!

I absolutely am sold on these Phillips 2nd Generation Flood Lights for the inside of our home. I have them in the bedrooms and throughout most of the home. It is very nice in the evening to change the colors to the orange, reds & and blues. I feel it calm's the mood of the home down at night and is so much easier on the eyes. Once you try them, I don't see how you could go back to the plain white light or off option.

Seems brighter and with more color depth than previous BR30 bulb, easy to setup and sync.

I previously was using the regular shaped Philip hue bulb but this one made a difference in my recessed lighting. Fills in the gap nicely. 3rd gen bulb has nicer colors

I have replaced all my lighting with Phillips Hue lights to complete our Smart Home. We love the ambiance they create and the flexibility to operate with a Smart Phone.

I absolutely love my Hue Color lightbulbs. All red and green for Christmas. Just added two floodlights to my collection. These lightbulbs respond to Siri on my iPhone. Siri can turn them off and on and change the color too. I love the convenience of being able to turn on my house lights remotely through the Hue phone app. Never have to come home to a dark house. Nice that they are LED.

Have four of these bulbs in our living room, work great and very responsive with our google home setup. Easy to setup within the Philips Hue app and google home app.

After trying a Philips Hue bulb a few months ago, I am now addicted. I now have Hues in all rooms of my condo. The flood lights work particularly well in my hallway.

Adds lots of options and fun to any room, and compatible with Alexa, easy set up!!!!

I have had the BR-30 Hue flood light for over a year now, and I LOVE IT!!! I purchased 2 when they were on sale from BB. They were easy to install, kinda like screwing in a light bulb :) - - and the Hue interface just works!! I also have them connected to my Echo and voice control for operation and/or scenes works flawlessly! Would buy again if I had more recessed lighting needs!

Love Hue products. Works as advertised, I have many of their products and continually add more. Bulbs I have had lasted years, I have yet to need to replace any.
