We started using Hue bulbs about 2 years ago and just keep adding more to our home automation system as we find more and more ways to use that are functional, simplify and in some cases just fun! Hue bulbs give off great light and colors are very vibrant--planning on continuing to buy.

Bought two to test out in my living room and hallway. They work as well as standard LED lights but with the option to set colors and other smart features. Set them up to turn on when we return home and some other scenes for movies and night time. Looking forward to adding more to my home setup.

I took the plunge into home automation and started with lighting. The ease of setup and user interface through the iOS app makes this more fun than it should be. We started with two of these lights and immediately expanded to other rooms and lighting types as we started to get more creative!

Love these bills. Got them when they were on sale so even better. Almost got all the bulbs in my house now

the lights create a different mood and there is also an app that can sync them to your music as well.

I use this light bulb on a lamp that's close to the wall to project more light reflected on the wall

I've been nothing but impressed with how well the HUE lights work. I now have 16 lights including A19, A30 and LED Strips now. They work seamlessly with our Google Home and IFTTT. I'm able to create different moods and ambiance by changing the lights color and brightness. Even the "White Ambiance" work great... being able to change the light from "Daylight", "Cool White", "Warm White" and plain "White" creates very different moods. They are a little on the pricey side but well worth it. I've tried the LIFX and other brands and always seem to have connectivity and network issues and having to reconnect the lights to the network. I've never had that problem with the HUE. In addition the updated phone app works great and the color/white wheels are easy to use as well.

I bought this light to use in my kitchen. I use it with the hub and can change the atmosphere in my kitchen with my phone or tablet. I added this bulb to other Hue bulbs I have. This bulb is styled different though than my other bulbs which is the reason for 4 stars. I would have liked all bulbs to look alike,wether it is an older Hues bulb or a newer bulb. I am not about to go and replace my older Hue bulbs to match my new bulb. I still enjoy the different looks I can get with color in my kitchen.

The light is great and works with my Google home. Would recommend this and other hue products

I love these bulbs! I just wish they weren't so darned expensive. I find the Philips Hue app to be very easy to use and I never have an issue pairing the bulb with bridge (as opposed to cheaper alternative bulbs where the pairing can take a while)

I bought this to replace a halogen style light in a floor lamp but the bulb is too tall and shines over the top of the bowl of the lamp. I deducted one star for this. The other star was because the lumen output of the light was less than many other LEDs and as it is a 'flood' lamp I would have expected a lot more light coming from it, especially for the price. If you want recessed bulbs, this might be your only option, but otherwise the A19 line has improved much faster than these it would seem. Hopefully Phillips is in the lab working on a product refresh for these before I opt to replace all the recessed lights.

These are the only bulbs we use. Create a nice non glaring glow. I am very sensitive to light, tend to get migraines. But with these lights I don’t have to worry. They are also not yellow in color. Let’s room show true colors.

I have purchased color changing lights before. Philip's hueights are by far the best. A little pricey though.

I bought 4 of these for my home theater. These are amazing. I can pick the perfect scene for the movie setting. With a little more work the lights sync to the color of the TV screen. Also able to control with my universal remote. Must have!

The color capabilities are amazing. They can sometimes be slow to respond all at once but overall work well.
