Very frustrating when u turn on 50% of time light does not turn on

Iworth the extra few bucks to get the color LED's.

Product works. However, to utilize the Entertainment App, bulbs must be updated. I feel that in order to download & update bulbs, it took over 30 hours. Too long!

We purchased this bulb to see if we could switch our lives bing room over to hue lighting. Unfortunately the bulbs wouldn’t fit in our track lighting

Light system doesn’t interface with ALExa as easily as we hoped but still enjoy.

Wasn't able to use because of all of my lights were hooked to dimmers.

Excellent, what I expected works perfectly recommend it.

When you turn them off with the light switch and back on the color of the lights automatically go back to the ugly yellowish default color. We love cool white so this was very annoying for us.

I’ve been a fan of Hue for many years, and I was a very early adopter. I recently invested in 3 of these BR30 versions when they went on sale. Unfortunately the units that I received don’t seem to have the same color profiles and LED sets as my other Hue lamps from the current generation. (I know my older ones won’t match). Virtually every single color, from red to blue and green were completely different from my new A19 style bulbs. Had to return these and switch to LIFX for BR30 styles instead.

These bulbs are great but when you install them in recessed lighting they become hot and malfunction and will not turn off

Too expensive because have to buy one for each fixture in house

Bought two of these for the recessed lights in my living room when I first bought the starter kit. Colors and dimmable features are amazing! Incredibly easy to setup and use. Easy to customize or use one of the preset scenes. Controlling with Alexa is super easy. Love this product line!

The Philips Hue White and Color Ambiance BR30 Wi-Fi Smart LED Floodlight Bulbs are great bulbs for an entertainment room. You can set the mood for a movie or gaming with pre-made settings or use your own photos on your device to set the color tone in the app. Highly customizable when you have multiple of these floodlights in one room or multiple rooms. Easy setup and awesome longevity so far.

Works exactly as you'd expect. A bit pricey, but a great replacement recessed lighting bulbs.

It’s a bit pricey but if you’re into creating some mood for your home, it is the best.

I really was reading everyones reviews on this. So furthermore this was great! I really love using these lights and adding them to my smart home.

Great colors and decent responsiveness. As this item is priced above other options I deducted 2 stars for: - Really needs a default light setting if power is lost or switched off - Brightness could be improved - Hue software is somewhat limited but this is partially offset by third party offerings However, I would recommend these as a smart light option and hope for improvements in the next generation
