I bought this after having to take blood thinners and wanted to reduce the chance of cutting myself shaving. This shaver holds a charge very well and gives a decent quick shave. I like being able to lather up as it improves the quality of the shave. I still use my double edge shaver but when I Ned a quick shave without risk of cutting myself I grab the Norelco.

I have owned 3 Norelco triple-head shavers and I am a big fan, and I didn't consider any other make, and the charge on this is long lasting - really great

I purchased this shaver as a replacement for a older Braun model. He's confirmed that he is very pleased with this newer model from Norelco. It holds its charge well and gives a good close shave. He has not tried the wet shave with it yet, but overall it's a good budget electric razor.

Old one works only when plugged in - it lasted ages-4 years. Hope same will be true with this one.

I have owned more expensive Electric Shavers of the same brand only to not get the close shave I like. Because the price I paid was cheaper than buying new heads for the more expensive shaver, I bought a second of the same number 4100. Both give me the close shave.

I have had Norelco electric razors before and have always been pleased with the Norelco brand. They are very reliable and give me a close comfortable shave.

Very happy with this purchase. Shaves quick, easy and comfortable. The cleanup is super easy. Just rinse a little under the faucet and set aside to air dry. Battery has a good length for each charging. It also has a quick recharge time if it unexpectedly runs out.

I was tired of uneven shave using traditional razors, every shave used to leave a few cuts. Using this razor I get a quick shave without any facial cuts.

Does the job just like I need it to, and on a budget. I bought this for $40, but it routinely drops to $25 during holidays. I bought it to shave my newborn's head. It was gentle, and didn't cause a single problem. The baby did not complain or cry or have one problem. I have a thick beard. I tried it on my beard (first time I ever did) and it did a great job. Took a lot of work since my beard is so thick. It isn't a razor, but people who buy electric razors know what they are getting. If I'm in a bind and need to shave quick, I'll use this, otherwise I'll stick to my razor. The big pluses are cost and portability. Big negative is that there is no dock for charging, you just use the included cable (proprietary connector). There are no bells and whistles features since it is a low end model. No battery indicator for example, no dock for example, no easy latch button to pop the top off, etc. It is just a bare bones unit that I highly recommend.

i would recommend to anyone. close shave and easy to use. It can also be used in the shower if needed and is water proof. this can be a time saver in the morning. the shaver is also easy to clean as well. I don't really use the trimmer as much, but is a good option to have.

When you are looking for a good low cost electric shaver this one should be on your list. It's wet/dry, battery lasts about 14-17 days, easy to charge. You need to be aware that you should only charge the battery when called for and then only for one hour. Do not plug it in and leave it. I set a timer on my phone and unplug the shaver when the timer goes off.

I would had given this 4 stars but when you tap the razor to shake it clean the head pops off and you have to carefully insert the hinge back into the razor body. Battery life is good, and it does shave very close and does an overall good job. The price was reasonable so you get what you pay for.

This razor is pretty straightforward without any extra bells or whistles. However, it does its intended purpose very well and is water resistant for an added bonus. I also like that it is very quiet compared to other razors I used in the past. I would definitely pick this one up as it gets the job done for a clean, easy shave.

Great shaver. Works well on my beard. I've used Philips Norelco for years. Battery lasts plenty long for me. Holds a charge. But I buy a new one each year when they go on sale, because the cost of a new one on sale is equal to the cost of replacement heads.

I bought this for my teenage boy. He loves the easy way he can use with out cutting while shaving. In dry or wet. Good for young boys to grown men.

I am very pleased with the Norelco Rechargeable Razor! In particular, I like the looks & style of the razor, the portability, the cost, & the close shave that I get from this rotary shaver! I would highly recommend the Phillips Norelco Rechargeable Wet/Dry Electric Shaver!

I have used Philips shaves for 50 years. I purchased first the top of the range and found that it was rough on my skin an d more difficult and expensive to maintain. so I returned it a and bought the 4100. it's perfect. easy on my face , but shaves well. keeps it's charge a long time and easy to maintain.

Competent shaver but slightly underpowered and slow. Material quality appears adequate and push control can be troublesome over time. However for the price (when on sale) is of good value overall. Only time will tell on how well it can hold up to regular use.
