Very good shave

I brought that to their attention but no change to the description. After a 20 minute chat with Stella and being put on hold four times i just kept getting told they can send me a new one, I gave up. Best Buy customer service is less than stellar. As far as the shaver goes I have used Norelco for years. Not disappointed.
