The link between the vibrator and the brush broke. I went to best buy for repair by Geek squad. They informed me that the product cannot be repaired but Best buy accepts return of the product. I bought this as a replacement. This newer version looks better and slimmer than the last one. Hope Phillips addressed the week link issue and this brush lasts longer.

While I don’t have Mr Ed sized teeth but this brush size seems more suitable for children. This is an issue when buying online and not being able to see in person. One incentive fore us all to make our way into the store for shopping from time to time before it’s all only available online.
