She absolutely loves the toothbrush and her dental hygienist was astounded by the improvement in her oral hygiene in such a short period of time. Highly recommend.

About 8 months into using this toothbrush it became insanely loud when operating. The strength of vibrations has deteriorated as well. Philips customer service were not able to resolve the issue. $399 is a steep price to pay for a product that doesn't even last 1 year.

It really gets your teeth and gums clean. The software program that you download is very good and keeps track how good you do brushing your teeth
